Not using app, request to remove account please

    Hi Wang Xian, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Are you planning to close down your Box account entirely? If that's the case, may go ahead and follow the instructions to remove your Box account. 

    1. Login to box.com and click your account avatar in the upper right, and then select Account Settings.
    2. In the Account Details section, click Permanently Delete Account.
    3. Click Okay to confirm and complete the process.

    Deletion will not happen immediately, but will take a short amount of time.
