Registering new account fails

Hi,

I recommended my firend to use the box.com to share his files.

But all attempts to register new account fail with the error "We are unable to process your transaction right now. Please contact billing support to sign up for an account."

This is just individual free account.

What can be wrong?

    Has the person made another attempt to register for an account, yet? There can be quite a few reasons for this error message to come up.
     
    Please have your friend submit a support ticket here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new as this may require specific account information to resolve.
