I created an account and subscribed to a free 1-week trial of the most basic premium account because I needed to upload a single file for an organization I am a part of. After completing that process I verified my email and attempted to login where I was told I did not have an account with the email input. This is the same email I just received the box verification for, so i was confused. I tried one more time to login using the same email verification link but there was an error. Then I just created a new account, this time on my computer, but I did not begin a free trial for any of the premium services. However when I attempted to research if I would still be charged for my old account, I ran into the terrible system that is Box. I was charged for 3 quantities of business licenses and that needs to be refunded. Never have I had such a terrible experience with a service like Box. It is impossible to check on your subscriptions and even harder to contact support because there is non except for this chat. I want all of my charged to be returned and my account(s?) deleted forever.
