Hello, I would like to request a refund for the charges made to my box account. I did not mean to subscribe to box and thought this whole time I was using my free account from my school, when I was actually being charged for an account I have never once used. Box has charged my card and I have not ever once used this account, therefore I will also be needing to terminate my account. Thank you.

Same here, this was absolutely ridiculous and tricky of Box - highly do not recommend the service. I have not even used the service and they charged me. They said I would be charged IF I continued to use the service... which I did not do. I need assistance for cancellation and refunding.

Have any of you received a refund? I'm curious because I'm requesting the same thing and I'm very concerned that they've hidden the cancellation option that is usually very visible on most services account management pages. It seems like this is a scam.

This is ridiculous and an absolute scam how Box.com auto charges past trial if you don't answer their sales call. Will be posting about this on Twitter...
