I would like to reduce our seats from  8 to 6.

    I understand you would like to reduce your current number of seats. This will require our Billing team to work directly with you so I went ahead and created a ticket for you for an associate to help look into this.

    I also want to reduce from 5 to 4 seats. I am already paying for one more year for an unused seat. Box should not hide this feature and make it so difficult to reduce seat.

    I would like to reduce seats from 17 seats to 1. Would it be possible? Thanks.
