I would like to reduce our seats from  7 to 6 because our 1 employee left company .

    To reduce the number of your account's seats (licenses) from your subscription, please have your account administrator submit a request by emailing cancel@box.com and include the total number of seats you would like to continue purchasing in the email. We have a minimum purchase of 3 seats per account.
