I would like to reduce number of seats from 33 to 2.  but want unlimited external collaborator.

    To reduce the number of purchased seats (licenses) from your subscription, please submit a request to cancel@box.com and include the total number of seats you would like to continue purchasing in your email. We have a minimum purchase of 3 seats per account, and you may also include in your request should you want to upgrade your plan and someone from the team will reach out to you.
