Redirection fails when accepting invite
When I click on “accept invite” to collaborate on Box, I get a notice that says “redirection Fails.” Does.anyone know what the requirements are to accept an invite without having it fail being redirected into a downloaded app?

For me to check, may I please have a screenshot of what it looks like on your end? In the meantime, please try to following:
- Clear your cached data.
- Use a different browser.
- Use a different device

I have the same issue. I created an account on box. Com today. I notified my collaborators that I created the account She sent me 7 different invitations which I accepted. But each time I get a redirection fail and no download of the info.
