Redirect URL does not work.

We are working on a box custom app. When we try to sign in to the application using SSO, we don't get directed to the redirect URL we added. Instead, it takes us to Box and shows an error (given in the screenshot below)

    Looks like you're on a free personal account. Are you using an alternate (paid) Box account to log in with SSO?
