Please help me recover a deleted user and shared files

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to assist with your user and file recovery request. 

 

By any chance, do you know if the deleted user belongs to a paid Box plan? If yes, the deleted user’s Box Admin should reach out and send this request.
