Recover Deleted User and Folder Map

I am trying to recover a deleted user account and its associated folder map.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll assist in restoring your user’s account. 

To recover the user, please get ready with the following information: 

  1. Name of the user
  2. Email of the user
  3. Date they were deleted

 

We’ll go ahead and create a support case. Reminder:  you can send the following information via email.

      thanks for sharing this issue, recovering deleted users and folders mapping can be tricky
