Recover Deleted Files - Willing to play for a Plan

Hi there, a few months ago I deleted some files from the trash. I know that it is possible to recover these files if I purchase a premium plan account. Is it possible for your guys to let me know if these files are still recoverable? I will buy the plan if the files can be deleted.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    When Box purges your trashed content there is still a 14-day grace period for paying customers, during which Product Support can recover your content.  Beyond this 14-day grace period, however, files or folders purged from your Box trash may not be recoverable and may be lost forever.

    You mentioned it was deleted from trash a few months back, I'm afraid we can't guarantee a recovery in the back end with the given timestamps. 

    Going forward, you may still want to consider upgrading. Please contact our Sales team through this link.
