A collaborator on my Box deleted files on Nov 21, 2022. How can I recover these files? My box is hosted by the University of Sunderland.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
Box stores files and folders you place in Trash for a certain period of time, that default period is 30 days. And I'm afraid anything beyond 30 days can no longer be recovered.
