I have deleted so many files and and folders which I do not need, I removed same from trash also, still storage space is showing same as earlier.
How to reclaim space?
My account shows 10.8 GB of free 10.0 GB. I deleted files to remain under the 10.0, but the account won't decrease. Then I deleted everything. I should be able to move all from trash back to my Box file (I know that I am under 10.0 GB, but a popup says that I do not have enough space and I should upgrade.
