My box account hardly has 100M of data and it shows that I have used 10G of storage. Can we run script to reclaim storage space?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.


In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.

Thanks Rona, It reclaimed some space. However, It still says 8.6 GB of 10.0 GB. I have total file size of 100M. I wonder why the count mismatch?
