I have deleted everything from my account but it is still showing 3/4 full.


Please run the script to flush the errant storage and bring it back to zero so I can upload to my account again.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.


In the future, if you experience storage inaccuracies, please let us know in this forum.
