I am a Box admin and deleted a users account. I am attempting to recreate it but am receiving an error "user is already part of your enterprise" when I try to share a folder with the user it says you cannot share with a deactivated account.

I am in the IT department and am a Box admin. I am requesting instructions on how to reactivate a deactivated account. I do not see the option to do so. I followed the reactivation link and entered the users details and receive an error message to contact support.

@community-manager What do I need to do to make a request to add a former user back to the account? There’s an endless maze of support pages, but I am not finding one that actually connects with customer support. Can you help?
