    Hi Brenden,

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

I have created a ticket and a member from Product Support will get in touch, please keep an eye out.

    Thanks for posting!

I am new to a company and the account is linked to an admin who is no longer here. How can we update the admin and assign new users to the paid account?
