When syncing files, Rclone will run a check to see if that file exists.
So when I sync a folder of 100 files where there are 99 on box, it will check all 99 files to find that one is missing.
Do these checks count against API calls?
where there would be 99 checks, 1 file transfer and 1 verify, does this add up to 101 API calls?
