My team has experienced several (~20-30) randomized permission drops from our Permission Groups.
Our IT department has confirmed groups are set up correctly and myself +1 other Admin are adding people to our permission groups correctly. We are at a loss as to why this continues to occur and open to suggestion. Googling hasn't turned up anything of use. Thank you!

Was this issue ever addressed. I see a reference to ticket #2678141 but we do not have access to the details of that ticket. We have a similar situation happening where team members are randomly dropping off of group we have created. Is there some type of audit trail for groups which would show us if someone is removing these individual?.
