Quota Reached even after deleting duplicated files

Hello, nobody can upload anything to my shared folder because Box says I am over my storage limit. However, adding up my file totals, I should have plenty of room. I recently filled up my storage and then deleted a large number of files, then cleared the trash. How long does this take to update?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Most of the time, aggregates will be updated within an hour or less. For larger changes or more complex folder structures, aggregates may take up to 24 hours to be correct.
