Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

I am having issues with my quota. The size of my files is approximately 50GB but my files are not synchronizing with the error quota exceeded. My quota is 100GB. When I check online, size is 107GB. Please help. This is not the first time I am facing this issue.
