The used quota showing in my account seems much higher than expected.

I think my account may be affected by this known issue.  Please can you check.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

I seem to have about 5-10Gb of files but my quota of 50Gb is full for some reason!
