Hello, 

We are receiving a Quota Exceeded error notification for our account. However, when looking at the account, we are not fully utilizing the space we have available. Can I please get some support to resolve this error notification?

We are experiencing the same "Quota Exceeded" message and unable to save changes to changed documents on BOX, it says we are using 3.9 GB of our 100 GB total.
