One of our collaborators has changed an email and I want to edit her name and email. She is editor level in several folders. Does anyone know how to do that? Thanks

Only a user can edit their own email and profile - you can share the steps on how to do so with the collaborator who needs to change their primary email address here with this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196513-Manage-Account-Settings#loginandemail
I see that only the collaborator can change their own email. However, that collaborator does not have the old email anymore so how can they go in and change it? Why can the administrator not do this for the group?
