.pst files uploading to box takes very long time

Uploading .pst file ( offline storage file ) from local system to takes very long time , even if the size is like 2GB , it takes around 5-6hrs for uploading.

If any solution please let me know to resolve this.

If upload speed cab be increased , please share the steps for the same.

    Have you tried .zip ing it first?

    There’s nothing in Box that would inherently slow down uploading those files.  I just tried a 20GB PST file and it uploaded in about a minute.  If you’re comfortable with it, I would open the Developer Console in your browser and look at the Network tab to see if there are any errors/retries happening.  Perhaps also try it from an Incognito/Private browser session to make sure there aren’t any extensions interfering.
