Hello, I need to promote a user from editor to owner of an account - the original owner currently cannot accomplish this task. 

The only owner who was the original owner, is not in a position to make this change. We're currently blocked in how we manage our Box instance. Appreciate all support, thank you.

Can you clarify this, are you referring to changing the folder ownership or is this about your current Box Admin in your Business/Enterprise account?
