Project team can't see the number of files in subfolders

We work with a lot of projects and a folder hierarchy system for ease of sorting and storing. My project team members are unable to see how many files are in a subfolder at a glance (they would have to go into the folders to see that). How can we modify their views to match mine (list view of folders plus number of files in a folder)?

Hi Michael,

Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for your post!

This is a pretty unusual behavior because your team members should be able to see in a glance how many files are in folder in their Box.

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what your team members see so we can take a closer look?

Best,

Thanks for looking at this. Here is what I see on a view (this is through the Salesforce/Box plugin):

vs. a team member's view:

Hi Michael,

Thanks for sharing these images!

Can you check your team members can hover their cursor on the headers "Name and Updated" and see if they can adjust their columns?

Should look something like this:

Yes. And we've noticed that when the view is fullscreen, the sizes are viewable, and if you try to resize the columns to put all three together, as soon as you leave fullscreen, the view shifts and sizes column disappears.

In grid view, the number of files in a folder is visible.
