Whan I looked at the collaborators in the project folder, I found people next to their names in black, and I don’t think they can access the folder. Please refer to Attachment1.
For example, the Chris Lettle was also marked in black, and when I checked with him, I only saw three files, as shown in Attachement2. And If Chris access the linked address, he can access the project folder as shown in Attachement3, but the folder looks gray.
And when he still access the box, the project folder does not appear. He can only see it by entering the link address he received by notification email. It’s an urgent issue, so can you solve it by phone? Or Teams meeting? Anything you want is fine.
