Process called Everything.exe is unable to access box folder

I am unable to access the box drive folder if my process is called Everything.exe.

If I rename my executable to anything other than Everything.exe I can access the folder.

An example:

I can access the box drive folder from a command prompt.

If I copy c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe to c:\windows\system32\Everything.exe

Launch c:\windows\system32\Everything.exe

I am unable to access the box drive folder.

Any reason there is a access block when the process is named Everything.exe?
