I have problems with the Cloud Synchro via Docutain.

 

 

 

I have normal access to the cloud storage at Box.

It doesn't matter whether it's via mobile phone or web browser.

However, when I enter the access data for Docutain, I get the error message.

"Unexpected error

Technical details:

OPTIONS /davError:502 Bad Gateway"

Since this integration was developed by a third party, we have limited knowledge on how the integration works, thus I would recommend to reach out to Docutain for support.
