I received an invitation from another firm to share files, but when I accept the invitation and attempt to access the link provided by the company, I receive the following message: "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you."
I reached out to the company it was sent a second time, and the same thing happened. I'm logged into a Box account that is synced with my work email, which is the same email the company is using to send me the information. Is there something more I can do to complete this process and obtain access?
