problems installing

I'm trying to install Box Drive in a Dell XPS laptop with Intel Ultra 7.  installation keeps failing with below error: Box drive is a new install and haven't been installed before​​​​​. Box installation log:[2025-10-14 11:42:15,857] [14   ] [INFO ] [] - Checking for upgrade[2025-10-14 11:42:15,859] [14   ] [INFO ] [] - .NET Version - installed 533320, expected: 528040[2025-10-14 11:42:15,861] [14   ] [INFO ] [] - result: True
