is it just me or does everyone else that has problems with box get no support and a complete unwillingness to pick up the phone and call me like I have asked repeatedly.
2 weeks into a loss of 2 months of files and Box appears to not have a care in the world and is just happy to email back and forth with hours or days between responses when a phone call could hopefully help.
Beyond disappointed.
