Problem with storage

My box storage shows 9,5Go but I do not have such kind of volume.

    Help ))) cannot use Box, its block because wrong storage information in my account

    Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage. 

    Going forward, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as indicated, please let us know and we'll help you fix it.
