Dear Sir.


Today my box is totally empty but the storage size is 9,5 GB very near to the limit (10 GB).


I would like to know best way to solve this problem.

It seems like your Box storage is full. And maybe these files might not be deleted. Can you find the files on your computer? If you can find them, move out of some files to free up space for Box, and the Box server will move them out, repeat the process until you have enough space, to see if these files can be visible.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.


In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.

I would like to keep this account in Box. Although if it is impossible to keep it due to issue, we can delete this account and I will create again one with same e-mail.
