I have a BOX account with my company email account(MS outlook) for external project. Whenever I login, it asks me to enter 6-digit code from authenticator app. I attempted to put the one-time passcode which displayed on my authenticator app, but it doesn't work. 
Please resolve the issue. It is my 4th ticket that I raised, but no support or reply has been given. please help. Thanks

Did you posted in this forum using your affected Box account? If yes, it appears that your Multi-Factor Authentication isn't enabled. 


Please log in using your alternate browser and/or  clear your browser's cache and cookies
