Hi, i recently changed my cellphone but i didn't know that i have to do something special to migrate the account in my app (Authentcator from Googe) to my new cellphone now when i try to log in BOX askes for a six digit authentification code and my app doesn't provide me one beacause i didn't do the export of my account from one cell to the new one

I’m having this exact same issue! I’ve reached out to customer support for months and have gotten 0 help. It’s unfair that I’ve paid for an annual subscription that I can’t use because I bought a new phone.

Please help!!!
