Problem login to my account (EMAIL LOGIN to LOGIN WITH GOOGLE issue)
hi guys, seriously need your help here. i can’t login to the portal (thankfully my android app can still work but i can’t do much with my phone).
what happen was, i have been using box for more than 10 years and i’ve been using my email to login. however, 1 day, i forgot about this and chose to login with my google account. both method of login (using email and login with google) are using the same gmail account. i think there’s some issue here where the system can’t recognise it.

To resolve this, kindly reset the password for your Box account, follow this process:
Check your email, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Password reset links sent via email expire 3 hours after they are sent. If you need a new link after your current one has expired, visit https://app.box.com/reset to have another link emailed to you.
If you do not receive an email from Box for this password reset, check to see if your Box account is associated with that specific email address or another email address.

Hi Rona, thank you. I just did it but the issue still persist.
I desperately need someone to advise me as i couldn’t access my file anymore from all devices due to this issue. Here’s the screenshot of my account. Whereever I click, I will see this page.
I also notice from the URL that it is still under “login/mfa” so I believe there’s some form of account conflict.
Just some history, I originally created this account using email. It was all working fine for many years until I login with Google and this issue appear.
