Under the "Deleting Managed Users" page, the last bullet point states:

User Activity for deleted user accounts remains reportable via the Admin Console report, under Reports
What report can I run for this information?

From what I can see on my end, it looks like you are under a free account and reports is not available for this type of account. If you have a paid account under a different email address, please log in to that account when interacting with support to get access to the full range of available support options
