Previously shared wedding video files

This is a long shot but 8 months ago I was shared the raw files from my wedding by my videographer. They went out of business, I no longer see the shared files in my box account, and my downloaded files were corrupted. Desperately hoping they can be recovered somehow through box. Any help would be amazing. Thanks!

    Welcome to Box Community! 

    Sorry to hear about your missing contents. However, it seems that these files are owned by the Videographer and just shared it with you as a collaborator. In this case, you can only retrieve your access to these files once the owner decides to share it with you again. 

    Additionally, if they cancelled their Box account as they went out of the Business I'm afraid I can't guarantee any retrieval of these files. Instead, you will need to contact your Videographer.
