Previews won't load

Hello, 

I have a significant number of files for which I keep getting the message, 

"We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. Please re-upload the file or contact Box support."

We've attempted to re-upload the files, but to no avail, so I am hoping to contact Box support for assistance.

Sorry to hear about your issue accessing your box file(s) and at this point, did you already tried the following?

I can’t find my post, so I’ll use this one. None of the above work. My only work around so I can actually get work done is to have 2 different browsers pinned to my task bar so when one browser starts doing that I can switch over the other other one (I’m using Chrome and Brave, but this also happens with Edge) until it starts doing it. And just do that all day long. Talk about frustrating! And that so many people have been having this issue for the last 4 years yet, it still keeps cropping up with the same steps above being rehashed over and over and yet no real fix has ever been suggested in the many different threads I’ve found. Now I’m just waiting for my company IT guy to get back from vacation so he can open a ticket. Not all employees are having this issue, but at least a couple in my company are.
