Preview Speed

Preview speed seems very slow.

Download speed of Wi-Fi in my hose is around 47.5Mbps.

But somehow the preview speed of Box is 8 to 9Mbps.

If I download the file simultaneously, download speed is much fuster.

Could you kindly let me know if there is any way to make preview speed faster like upgrading the license?

    I would like to have you try clearing the cached data that is stored in your browser to see if this resolves the issue for you.

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

    I tried your advices but speed is still very low.
    I assume that this is a standard specification making preview speed slow to keep your service level to every user or share the memory resource equally.
    Am I correct?
