Preview image won't load

Hello, when I try to preview an image, I get the message "We're sorry, the preview image didn't load. Please re-upload the file or contact or contact Box support." 

 

How do I preview the image?

    I would like to have you try clearing the cached data that is stored in your browser to see if this resolves the issue for you
