How do I set permissions to allow clients to view a file only (no download permission).
We would like to have artwork files previewed only. Once the project is fully paid for, we can release and allow clients to download the file.

Welcome to the Box Community!
If you would like your clients to have view only access to a file but restrict download you can create a shared link of the file and then disable the download option from the "Shared Link settings".
