I'm experiencing an issue where Box is showing that I’m using more storage space than I actually am. As a result, it’s preventing me from uploading any more files, even though I haven’t reached the limit. Is there ed fin a script or solution to resolve this discrepancy?

Upon checking, you don't own a folder and there's no collaborated folders. Where did you get the storage error?
