Premium Apps and Skills ?

Hey all, 
There are several Box "Skills" and also a couple of Box Apps which I would like to build, both for my own use and because I think that it would benefit the Box.com community. 

For the most part, they require resource costs on our end (somewhat obviously) and I was wondering where any documentation is which goes over how to best implement Premium services / apps for Box.com users? I couldn't seem to find much in my initial scan of site sections, search engine results, forums, etc. 

Any help would be great, as I know we would be excited to get these cracking!
