Practice Panther Integration Missing Mapped files?

I have box integrated with Practice Panther but as of late have been getting this error message for some clients. "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you". A bit strange since im the owner of all files and there is no deleting done. I have attached a screenshot of what the error looks like within Practice Panther. and when open in box clicked there is a different error.

I am the owner of the files, and there is no admin console for me to access. No enterprise settings either.

Has there been any movement on this? Need to have some sort of solution cant have client files go missing.

I'm having the same problem with some but not all files - was there ever a solution found?
