I have under 200MB of data stored in my account but it is showing that I have almost 10GB of data and cannot add more files. Please run the script to reset this. How is this not automated?

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
Going forward, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.

I've been with box for years. PLEASE run your "SCRIPT" to clear my account! This happens every time I reach the max storage!
