Please run script to reset storage

I just emptied all my files and the storage bin, but it still says I'm using 48+ GB of the 50GB storage. Please run the script to fix this.

And also: if it is necessary to run a script to show accurate storage usage, can this script be scheduled to run once every X time (looking at the number of posts related to this issue, it's a common thing).

    This did not help. It still states that 48+ GB of 50GB storage is being used. No files are in there and the bin is also empty.

    Any update on this?
    Box is still saying it's almost full.

    I still can't use box because it says it's full. When is this resolved?
